Terms of Delivery by Courier

- Delivery by courier is only valid for Istanbul. There is no delivery by courier to other provinces.

- Your product will be delivered to your address within 4 hours at the latest after the payment is confirmed.

- Valid for orders placed on weekdays. (Except public holidays)

- Registration hours are between 09.00 and 15.00. Orders placed between 09.00 and 15.00 will be delivered to your address within 4 hours at the latest, unless otherwise stated.

- Same day deliveries for products registered outside of these hours are subject to a different fee definition as express courier.

- For deliveries within Istanbul, between 50 TL and 100 TL differs according to the regions, and the extra fee varies according to the size of the product. In some counties these prices are not valid.

-   Extra charges apply for deliveries to Adalar, Silivri, Çatalca, Şile, Kemerburgaz counties.

- The product is delivered at the door against signature.
