AVMatrix MMV1630 16-Channel 3G-SDI Multi-Viewer and Switcher (1 RU)

The 1 RU 16 Channel 3G-SDI Multi Viewer and Switcher from AV Matrix offers two modes in one device. Mode 1 acts as a 16-channel multiviewer with 16 independent 3G-SDI inputs. The video format of the multi-view outputs can be selected from nine formats from 720p to 1080p and includes 20 standard layouts. Signals are displayed simultaneously on a single screen, and each window is completely independent of layers such as signal status, audio meter, UMD and timecode.

Mode 2 turns this device into a 16 x 16 SDI matrix switcher compatible with multi-format signal inputs at different resolutions and audio-detection frame rates. The MMV1630 can be controlled using the front panel buttons, knob and LCD display or via a PC software via Ethernet. Its compact 1 RU design makes it suitable for any type of live broadcast or post production, such as OB vehicles, broadcast control rooms and studios.
