Versatile Connectivity

No matter which DAW you use, Focusrite's 58-in/64-out Red 4Pre with the lowest round-trip latency and Thunderbolt 2 connectivity allows you to superimpose your preferred plug-ins and effects in real time and It simplifies your workflow by allowing you to keep track of Download Red 4Pre directly and seamlessly to Pro Tools | You can connect it to the HD system or use it with the already existing Avid® interface thanks to the dual DigiLink™ connection.

Dual Thunderbolt 2 ports allow daisy-chain connection of additional components such as hard drives and displays. In addition, the red 4Pre has a pair of Ethernet ports for Dante AoIP network which can be used to expand the recording capacity up to 64 channels over Ethernet with low latency and cost. Additionally, by connecting any Red or other Dante-compatible units to the Red 4Pre via Ethernet ports, additional channels can be added that can be used independently of its interface.
