Focusrite Pro RedNet 1 Dante Compatible 8-Channel Audio Interface

RedNet 1 is an 8-channel analog audio interface with controllable inputs/outputs that uses Dante's digital audio networking system to combine any modern audio project with studio quality sound. This unit features 24-Bit AD and DA converter with 119 dB dynamic range up to 192kHz sample rate for excellent audio performance. With stable JetPLL clocking and top quality multi-layer board circuits, it provides ideal convenience for lossless audio transmission.

The RedNet system has been designed for many other Audio projects, from live sound to multi-room recording studios, houses of worship to post production environments, and more. While this system is scalable, it can deliver audio with almost zero latency, offering features such as the ability to expand the number of I/O channels, digital interface components, Pro Tools|HD and/or MADI, and/or a Dante audio network.

You can connect RedNet 1 unit to your computer in 3 different ways via a single Ethernet cable. These are optional RedNet PCIe card (for ASIO and Core Audio applications), using a computer's direct Ethernet connection with DVS (Dante Virtual Soundcard) software when latency close to 0 is unnecessary, or Pro Tools HD, Pro Tools HDX and Pro Tools HD It is via the existing RedNet 5 interface for direct connection to Native.
