Bidirectional Pro Tools HD bridge interface for Dante Network

RedNet 5 is a multi-channel bridge interface that enables communication between the Dante network and the Pro Tools HD system. The RedNet system is designed for multiple audio applications. While this system is scalable, it can deliver audio with almost zero latency, offering features such as the ability to expand the number of I/O channels, digital interface components, Pro Tools|HD and/or MADI, and/or a Dante audio network.

Only a single RedNet 5 interface works as a 64-channel (32 in, 32 out) digital break-in/break-out box between the RedNet network and the Pro Tools system. Connection between RedNet 5 and Pro Tools is via standard DigiLink cable; The supplied adapter can be used for Pro Tools HD systems using a Mini DigiLink connection.

Up to 6 units can be connected to a Pro Tools HDX system, with the unit supporting up to 192 channels at 96 kHz in total, or up to 96 channels at 192 kHz. On the one hand, RedNet 5, which also supports connection with Pro Tools HD Native and Pro Tools HD (TDM), can also work with all Pro Tools interfaces without the need for a RedNet PCIe card.
