RedNet D16R is a 1U (rack) type, 16x16 AES3 I/O unit for Dante AoIP (Audio-over-IP) networks. Offering AES3 I/O with built-in redundant network output and power supply, the RedNet D16R is an ideal choice for many critical applications in Post Production, Live Sound, Broadcast and recording studios.

With its SRC (Sample Rate Converter) per pair of inputs allowing plug-and-play to any AES3 source, the RedNet D16R is ideal for bridging any Dante network with a digital console, power amp or any AES3 audio equipment.

Four back-panel DB25 connections connected to the AES59 standard provide eight pairs of AES3 I/O, while an additional pair of XLR connections for a pair of I/O provide flexibility as a cabling option. Additional RCA connections allow connection to consumer S/PDIF equipment. All external audio inputs have SRC to reduce wiring and clock clutter. Through BNC connectors, WordClock I/O gives flexibility to work with external clock devices. Power is provided by a pair of lockable IEC power inputs, while a pair of Neutric etherCON network connections allow for redundant or daisy-chain system installation.
