Product description
With Kiloview N3 you can share video up to 1080p60 over an NDI IP network. This small, portable encode/decode unit is ideal for mounting on a camera with SDI output so you can connect it to an NDI system. N3 is a bi-directional converter that encodes and outputs 3G-SDI video source to Full NDI and outputs to 3G-SDI, or supports decode from Full NDI to 3G-SDI video output.
Besides serial, the converter supports PTZ control (Sony VISCA and Pelco-D/P) over Ethernet (requires optional USB to RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 adapter). You can power the unit without a power adapter using the supplied power adapter or when connected to a network with PoE. The tally connector on the front allows your camera interface to connect with the tally system, and a large onboard LED indicates when this camera is on schedule or in preview. The bottom of the unit has a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole that makes it easy to mount the unit on a camera.
