NDI Basics
The NDI protocol is a high-performance standard that enables anyone to use real-time, ultra-low latency video on existing IP video networks. Kiloview N4 supports bidirectional conversion between 1080p60 HDMI and Full NDI. It can both encode 1080p60 HDMI signals to Full NDI stream for output and decode Full NDI stream and decode 1080p60 HDMI output on your display.
Use in Camera or Rack
The flexibility of the N4 allows you to use your camera's HDMI output (up to 1080p60) on-camera to instantly convert it to NDI, while supporting Tally to integrate your camera into a multi-camera production. You can also use the same N4 unit in a rack-mounted condition.
Encode & Decode
This little device can do both NDI encode and decode, so you get two for the price of one. You can change the operating mode in the user interface to the desired mode via the Web-based GUI. Please note that N4's encode and decode functions work separately and cannot be used simultaneously.
Control with USB Keypad
In decoder mode, you can preset NDI sources from 0-9. Once your USB Keypad is ready, you can easily select the output source with a single tap. In addition, you can even use the USB Keypad to control a PTZ camera with a cost-effective PTZ Keyboard.

Kiloview N4 supports PTZ control up to serial RS232/485/422 via USB. It also supports PTZ-over-IP control without the need for extra cables. The N4 has a large, bright and distinctive Tally light for the PVW/PGM indicator.
