This monopod is equipped with Manfrotto's full liquid base(MVMXPROBASE) It features the innovative FLUIDTECH system that makes the Manfrotto XPRO Monopod + the first of its kind in the market with 3D fluidity. The FLUIDTECH video base provides the ultimate in shooting smoothness on pan, tilt and rotate for a wide range of perspectives. The three retractable legs make it extremely portable when folded, allowing the monopod to be easily carried anywhere.
The new D-shaped aluminum tubes greatly increase the anti-rotation resistance across the monopod, following the videographers' rapid rotation movements. When used in conjunction with the Quick Power Lock (QPL), which locks the arm strongly to the flat side of the monopod tube, it eliminates unwanted jerky movements.
